The townhouses in Quartier Metta in Sainte-Dorothée are available in three configurations: the left corner model, the right corner model and the center model. Each home is built entirely independently with a separating concrete wall for superior soundproofing.
The corner models (left and right) offer 4 bedrooms, 2 to 3 bathrooms, a powder room, a walk-in pantry, a fully finished basement and a mezzanine. The center model offers 3 or 4 bedrooms, 1 to 3 bathrooms, powder room, walk-in pantry and finished basement.
